A month or so ago I got serious about the playroom. I'd tried to make it comfy, but it is in our sun-room that has siding-YUCK. I really wanted to create a warm waldorf playroom for the kids and I think we are on our way. We actually like all the light and that we can feel close to nature even when we aren't outside. Also I can sit inside if I am feeling blah and the kids want to go out and I can see everything they are doing.
I still have a few plastic toys, but the kids love and play with these often and they are fairly open-ended.
Grocery Cart
Vacuum-I'm actually replacing this with a sweeper that really works!
Some cars
keyboard
So here are some pics of the room. We did move the kitchen to the inside of the playstands.
kitchen has moved, but toys and dolls are on shelves
dress-up closet and music area-some books are here as well.
comfy couch for reading and mom to relax!

Wow! Every little girl's fantasy playroom. Amazing! Found your blog via NaBloPoMo. Glad I did.

I love it! I so wished I could have done something like that for Cyan. It is beautiful! Great job!

This is a great playroom! We need a playroom so badly! Actually, we are going to move in the new year pretty much for that reason -- and so I can have a craftroom.
