Ahh! Christmas Shopping!

Actually I'm almost done. I'm waiting on a few things to arrive in the mail for the kids, as well as drop by good ole Barnes and Noble for some GC's. We are also ordering the family pics this weekend which serves as a bunch of presents for Grandparents.

I can't stop browsing on the internet at all the cool things out there. It's like a this HUGE window shop and I'm just giddy. Why do I love shopping on thee INTERNET???

1. No people
2. No salespeople
3. No rude people
4. No smelly people
5. No slow people
6. No greedy geek-out on sugar children
7. No pressure.
8. It's climate controled.
9. I save gas
10. I'm wearing my pj's

Really why do people even ENTER the mall?? I've gone to our mall less than 10 times in 8 yrs. It's just overwhelming and I get tired and all the shiny things hurt my eyes and make me feel stressed out knowing all of it will end up in the landfill.

But I'm totally obsessed with these. So I can lust after products just like every other American, although I think I might ask for a scrollsaw for Christmas instead.

Um..is it FALL or did my thermometer smoke crack to get to 78 degrees today?

Okay whatever. I shouldn't complain, but I'm in South Carolina and global warming is obvious, it just shouldn't be this hot. It was almost 80 degree today and next week is THANKSGIVING! The Holidays are coming and it will be my 8th year with no snow...I really miss snow:(

I picked up the best rain gear for the kids, but I must be crazy since we are IN A DROUGHT. I guess it was my own internet shopper addict rain dance.

I haven't posted in almost a month. I'm such a loser. I actually signed up for NaBloPo! Can you say PRESUMPTUOUS?????

So this is what I've been doing besides posting:

Halloween Costumes

Farm Trips where I had to wipe a bunch of FRESH chicken poop off of the Kitty's fingers....

I've also been sewing a bunch for some local craft shows which are usually so-so, but fun. I have some outfits I've sewn for the kids as well, but I need to do a flickr account for random sewing posting. I'd hate to bore the few readers that may accidently land on this blog. I'm going to Mary Jo's next week...fun. It's time for a BIG fabric splurge:)

Why don't I just give up????

I've lost count how many blogs I've started. Really I've actually LOST some INTERNET! I went so far as to even bookmark my bog last time and so completely forgot about it that I clicked on and thought, "Oh who's blog is this? Um MINE! So I'm either the WORST BLOGGER ever, or a blog addict. I'm kind of a gigolo blogger, just a one time poster: I get the blog all excited, take it out, dress it up, talk to it and then "poof" I'm gone. I've thought of lots of "themes" to "center my blog" around, you know...motivate me, but NOTHING works. My last recourse was to actually PAY for it. So does that make me a john now? So here I am, shakily committed to one year of blogging. Really, that's A LONG TIME. Oh and don't tell this guy I paid for it.

THE REAL REASON I HAVEN'T STUCK IT OUT WITH BLOGS: I can't type. No really I'm a horrible typist, I shudder to call myself a typist. I do unholy things to a keyboard. Mavis Beacon is rolling in her grave. If I had to save my life typing I'd die. I don't know how I made it through college.

So now you know what I'm up against. I am determined this time; I love blogs and well if it doesn't work out for me and this blog well I'm calling it quits.
